It's just like all the strategy they had trotting out all of those people of color during the RNC in order to claim Trump is not racist. It's the "I have a black friend" racism defense but now being applied to women. The fact is that either of these women mentioned in the article would be terrible for women as a whole if they are nominated to the court.
